     We'll head to the pool and video you as you swim. We'll go through your technique and bad habits frame by frame. As well as showing you your flaws we'll prescribe corrective drills and actions.
We'll also conduct a CSS test - used to set your training and race paces going forward.

Quick Fit - €40
     There's no substitute for a good professional bike fit and these come to town via the local clubs (Cycling and Triathlon) on an annual basis. A basic fit is a great way of getting yourself checked out and set-up to get started on a new bike.

Children grow rapidly so the value of a professional fit soon wears off -
keep them right with this service - their future health could depend on it.
FTP Test


1-2-1 Sessions - €60
     If you're not in a full training programme with us that's fine. Maybe you just want some help with one or other single aspect of your triathlon gameplan - give us a call and we'll get you sorted.
Know your Zones - €60
     Training for any distance, the science is the same and knowing your Heart Rate Zones for Running will help you train more efficiently and know your limits. Best of all, this testing is repeatable periodically and can measure your improvement definitively. We use the treadmill for this one!
Functional Threshold Testing - €60
     This will test your power on the bike. It will allow us prescribe your bike training zones and we'll also help you find your ideal cadence and talk to you about efficient use of gears.
Run Form Video Analysis - €40
     Have us video you running on a track at different paces. Afterwards we'll analyse your form step by step, giving you some corrective actions and drills to work on your bad habits.
